Twin screw extruders are used to create a wide range of products such as tubing, sheet goods, and insulation products. Extruders employ a main drive motor to supply power to a screw, which provides the force necessary to push the raw material through the die. General Applications:
This twin screw extruder is commonly used for incorporation of fillers and reinforcement materials, such as glass, talc, carbon black, and so on. Co-rotating twin-screw extruder is also applicable for glass-fiber reinforced thermal plastics, flame retardant, reinforced engineering plastics, special master batch material for bacteria resistance, antioxidant, coloring and filling, modification and granulation of special materials for autos wire and cable compounding, PVC seal stripes and thermal plastics elastomers.
