Venting twin screw extruders are specifically designed for degassing and melting purposes. This type of vented extruder can process materials like LD, HD, PP, PE, HIPS, PS, ABS, PMMA, PC, PA , PET and all kinds of engineering plastics. It is especially suitable for processing reclaimed materials so as to reduce product cost greatly. With over 50 years of design and manufacturing experience and adopting international advanced technology, Lantytk® has developed different series of twin screw extruders. The special high-efficiency venting screws are selected for this series of vented extruders, which have excellent venting performance and good plasticization. The screw diameter ranges from 20 mm to 220 mm, screw speed 300 to 600 rpm, and output is from 5 to 500 kg/h.
